Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the battery last?
The battery can last up to 3 hours of continuous operation. This depends on usage and environmental conditions such as temperature.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
It typically takes 2 - 3 hours for a full charge. A green LED will illuminate once the charge is complete. If not using Echo Pro regularly, we recommend a top up charge is made every few months to maintain the health of the battery. Please Note, you cannot overcharge Echo Pro.
How much video footage can I record?
The Echo Pro internal memory card is 8GB. It can hold up to 5 hours of recording. The percentage of remaining storage capacity can be seen when accessing the recording video screen. To free up space we recommend downloading videos to your device with the file transfer function, and then deleting the videos stored on the Echo Pro.
What tackle do I need to cast Echo Pro?
We recommend a carp rod of a test curve of at least 3lb or preferably a spod rod. Heavy duty spinning rods can be also used with a rating of 50 grams or more. For mainline we advise the use of strong braided line, e.g 30lb or higher or monofilament of 15lb test or more. A shock leader is advisable if extreme distance is needed.

Orders over £100 - Free delivery (excluding Highlands, Islands and overseas orders).
Highlands, Islands, Isle of man, Eire and Northern Ireland orders take a couple of days longer and are charged at £3.95.
Orders under £100 are charged at £4.95 (£7.95 for Highlands, Islands, Isle of man, Eire and Northern Ireland)

All orders to Europe are charged at £12. The cost of shipping overseas orders ( outside of Europe) will be calculated at the checkout and to keep costs down we only ship overseas orders if all items are in stock.
Please be sure to make sure that someone is present at the delivery address as a signature will be required. In the rare event that something is damaged when it arrives we ask that you inform us within 48 hours.
Ordering Outside The UK
All prices quoted are in sterling (UK pounds) and include VAT at 20%. In order to simplify prices, we charge exactly the same price to all overseas customers and, in the case of customers outside the European Economic Community, who would not be liable for VAT, we allow for the fact you are paying the same price for the goods by reducing the carriage charges to compensate.
