If you suspect you have a faulty product supplied by us please contact us in the first instance by phone. Some problems may be resolved or avoided by an explanation or advice from one of our knowledgeable staff.
If you need to return the goods to us, please do so by sending the goods back to us by a secure delivery method. We recommend you use Royal Mail recorded or special delivery or a courier and that all returns are suitably packaged as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or non-arrival of goods.
Overseas Warranty - we will endeavour to honour warranties for overseas customers. However, we will not be liable for extra shipping costs incurred for warranty claims outside the UK and would urge the customer to initially contact either the place of purchase or regional distributor if outside the UK.
Please enclose a completed returns form if available or a covering letter including your name, address, nature of the fault and the action you wish us to take. Where possible please include a copy of the original receipt or invoice. This will allow us to gain all the relevant information on which to process the return as quickly as possible. On receipt of the goods we will inspect the products. If the problem is covered by the warranty we will arrange a suitable replacement, alternative or refund.
Most products are supplied with a manufacturers 12 month warranty against defects in workmanship or materials (unless otherwise stated). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Wear and tear, accidental or intentional damage or inappropriate use are not covered by any warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please ensure that any warranty returns are clean and dry. All products that are wet and/or dirty will be returned at your expense. We must be informed of any omissions or damaged deliveries with 48 hours of receipt.
Please note, if you have a warranty issue with a TFG product that was not bought directly from us, you will need to return it to the TFG dealer that the purchase was made under. They will contact us and deal with any problem as soon as possible.
